My name is Amber, and I’ve been part of the No Limit Personal Training family since 2016. Before I found this incredible group workout training program, I was stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, mom guilt, and putting myself last. After having my son, my “workouts” were limited to walking him and my dog after long days at work. I wanted to exercise—I used to be active in sports and played soccer into my 20s—but I just couldn’t justify taking time away from my son to go to the gym.

Then, I took a chance on No Limit Personal Training, and everything changed. Now, at almost 40, I can confidently say I’m in the best shape of my life—stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever. I can keep up with my son’s soccer team, run drills alongside them, and coach with full energy instead of standing on the sidelines. I’m no longer just telling them what to do—I’m doing it with them.
