I think before I found No Limit I had a major struggle with just staying consistent and finding something that I could get up and do and not like really hate. Before finding No Limit it was like maybe a couple of days a week I’d be able to get into the gym, but it was never anything that stuck after staying consistent and just kind of finally starting to feel changes within my body like hobbies things like things that I enjoy doing outside of the gym are not so much of a struggle things as simple as keeping up with like my family and keeping up with my nephew or keeping up with friends kids or whatever it is, all of that stuff becomes so much easier once you’re at a different physical fitness level. When I first started here there was no way I was ever going to be able to run around a building and now I do it, several times a week. I finally have just realized that you can do hard things. I’m surrounded by a bunch of people who genuinely want me to succeed. That’s extremely motivating. I know that I feel better now than I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I don’t know that there’s one specific thing that gives me motivation as to why I keep doing it. It’s just a part of who I am now, it’s just what I do, it’s how I do it and I don’t make excuses anymore I just do it.
