Meet Jeanette…

Jeanette was dedicated to her fitness routine, making it to the gym in Yorba Linda five days a week. But when it came to meal prep, she struggled.

Her main goals were to lose weight, feel better, and build healthy, sustainable habits. With the guidance of a fitness trainer in Orange County, she worked with Coach Kristin to create simple, manageable meal plans. By tackling one meal at a time, she gradually built a full week’s menu that fit her lifestyle.

The results? Jeanette lost 14.2 lbs, dropped 4.9% body fat, and feels stronger than ever! Her stamina has improved, and group training no longer feels as challenging—she’s doing more than she ever imagined.
