My biggest struggles before working with No Limit were probably staying consistent in a workout routine and making sure that I was taking care of myself. I take care of a lot of families and kids, I coach girls softball so I’m always training other people. I’m always giving advice telling them what to do and being here at No Limit it’s a no-brainer, I don’t have to think about my routine I don’t have to think about my wellness, or taking care of myself. I just show up and I know that I’m in good hands. One of the things that I’ve accomplished is minimizing aches and pains that I get from my job outside of here, I’m working all the time I’m on my knees, I’m hitting balls, I’m throwing a ton, and I’m 34 years old and throwing a softball isn’t necessarily the best thing for your body but that’s one thing that Garrett takes into consideration, he makes your life work for you and not like maybe other people would say hey don’t do that activity it’s let’s program your workout so that you can do anything that you want outside of the gym and that’s one of the biggest things that I think is super helpful.
