My name’s Kimberly and I’ve been coming to No Limit for just about 8 years. Before finding No Limit, I had already been to a boot camp, stopped going there, and was just working out on my own and it wasn’t getting a good enough workout. Finally, after 4 or 5 boot camps, I found No Limit and I felt at home. My life during No Limit is amazing. My most recent accomplishment is hiking Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park in Utah. It was mentally and physically challenging. So I’m proud that I did that. For those who don’t know what Angel’s Landing is, it’s one of the hardest hikes in the United States. It’s got 21 switchbacks, you’re climbing 5,000 feet. The last mile or so, it’s 2,000 foot dropoffs on both sides and you’re holding onto chains going up there and it’s a lot of upper body and mentally challenging. Without No Limit, I could not have done that at all. The experience with No Limit has been amazing. I made a lot of friends. Coaches are amazing, always feel welcome when you walk in this door and it helps with my anxiety. Every day I’m always in a better mood when I leave here. No matter my mood before, I’m always in a better mood once I leave here. My why every single day to continue what I’ve been doing is I remember what that girl felt like before losing her way, before becoming healthy and I never wanna go back to that.
