What’s Included in Your 4-Week Program
4 Progressive Training Sessions Geared to Excel in Sports
Support & Guidance From Expert Coaches
Competitive and Supportive Community
Girls & Boys Strength & Conditioning (ages 10-15)
- Monday Sessions: 1/6, 1/13, 1/27, 2/3
- Tuesday Sessions– 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28
- When: Every Monday or Tuesday from 7:30-8:30 pm
These sessions are a mix of strength and conditioning to develop fundamentals and help young athletes maximize their sports performance and reach their potential.

What are the age ranges?
Boys & Girls: 10-15 years old
What happens if I miss a session or can't make every session?
We will have 1 makeup day every quarter you can attend. You can also pay a drop-in fee for each session you can make at $25 per session (paid in-person on site).
